Should you need to exchange any of the components in your Regal Starter Kit simply contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Place the RMA number and the item(s) to be exchanged in a padded envelope, and mail it to us at the address provided by our customer service agent. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
